Client Interviews
Our detailed interview process will determine the core requirments of your network. Realistic goals can then be determined before any commitments or purchases are made. This provides a forum for users to know what the capabilities and limitations of the system will be. Users may already have a "wish list" which can be incorporated. This enables client management to know what the users need for productivity and to make an informed decision regarding the optimum set-up.

 

Existing System Upgrades
When the client has an existing network in place, an upgrade plan is created to minimise the impact on business operations. Considerations are acceptable down times, scheduling and target dates for implementation, proper fault tolerance during upgrade, and access to the system during upgrade.
